What can we say about Stephanie & Tolu? Lovely, generous, family orientated couple with the most amazing friends and families. We loved shooting this wedding simply because of the tight knit family vibe, this is what a wedding should be in our opinion.
We filmed Tolu’s and Stephanie’s Traditinal Nigerian Ceremony and White Wedding as well. As often with Nigerian weddings there were a lot of dancing, food, traditions and rituals.
We asked Stefanie to tell us a bit on how the met and thats what she said:
“Tolu and I met in 2013 while we were studying at University College London. I caught his eye performing in a production by VOCE gospel society at the Bloomsbury theater in London. Tolu had previously been a drama coordinator in the society so the following year when I became coordinator, a friend introduced us and we wrote the script for the next years production together. We started spending a lot of time together writing and eventually rehearsing the play. We became good friends, and the following year we started dating and fell madly in love….”
